The responsibility of an educational institution does not end with making student a graduate but creating an opportunity for him/her to become a professional. The Chairman, Vel Shri. Dr. R. Rangarajan showed immense importance to ensure that all students leave the campus with a job in hand. Placement drive starts off once the students enter their pre-final year. The Veltech University achieves mammoth task of being the best in the industry to our placement drive. It has several clearly focused strategies to further substantially increase the count. 92% placement has been achieved this year. Free summer training camps with the support of corporates are organized annually. We are planning to train 40 students in a class in the 3rd semester in the forthcoming academics.
Veltech placement team takes a special initiative in imbibing “confidence” and “the feel good factor” to candidates, motivating them through pep talks to boost their morale in facing campus interviews and removing fear from their mind as the team feels that everyone knows every thing but only requires reminders.
